The Riska Team worked promptly and efficiently to sell a difficult property. The house staging was amazing! They always responded to questions and provided status. The team handled many issues locally, while I was working remotely after the initial walkthrough. Additional services like snow removal and clean out were coordinated and completed on time and under budget. They were friendly and reasonable. I would work with them anytime.

Debi was amazing to work with from start to finish! When we came to her looking to sell and buy a home contingently, she was more than happy to help. In this crazy market, this did prove to be difficult, but Debi never made us feel like it was impossible. The home buying process was long and discouraging but Debi always encouraged us along the way and advised us not to settle. She encouraged us to look for a home that had been on the market longer so that’s what we did. Debi’s advice landed us in the perfect home, but maybe not one we would have initially considered if it weren’t for her! We are so grateful to her for walking us through everything every step of the way. She always looked out for our best interest, and therefore made a large move with 4 young kids and a multitude of animals as seamless as possible. Her husband Jon was also always there to help us when Debi couldn’t! I highly recommend this group, you won’t be disappointed!

Debi worked so patiently with us as we went through countless homes from town to town over the course of a year. This was a major relocation and probably our last house so there was always something to hold us back. Every time we declined she always listened to our concerns and followed through for us. Her husband Jon also gave liberally of his time. The home we found is perfect, and the closing was seamless, thanks to their help with all the paperwork, professional referrals and inspections etc. I can't say enough about their very personal service.

My wife and I have been working with Debi and her team for almost a decade. She helped us buy our first home. She recently helped us sell that house and buy a new one. We simply can't say enough good things about her. She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have been looking for a new home off and on for the past few years. There were at least two instances where sales and purchases fell through, and we gave up our search for a period of time. Debi has always been patient with us. She never tried to pressure us into a sale, or made us feel guilty because our sales fell through. She always told us she wanted us to make the right decision for our family. We eventually did buy a house, and I'm glad we had the right agent. Someone we could trust. Debi and her team took care of everything from staging our house, to installing smoke detectors so that we could get a certificate of occupancy. There's no other way to say it. She is the best.

Debi Was an integral part of the sale of my home. She manifested moves I thought couldn't be done.. At one point, it looked as though the sale would not through. She knocked it out of the park! And we closed this week I appreciate everything she's done for this sale Bonnie Levine

This was my 3rd time buying a home and I’ll say by far Riska Real Estate was the best and easiest to work with! They answered all my questions Debi and Jon were available to show us homes whenever we wanted to and when it came to selling I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
